Yunnan Province
Pu'er tea (Yunnan Pu'er, 云南普洱) a specialty product of Yunnan Province, is a product of China's National Geographical Indication. Yunnan Province has a long history of tea production, rich germplasm resources and low-latitude plateau climate advantages. It is recognized by the world as the origin of tea trees and an important tea production base in China. Pu'er tea is grown all over Yunnan Province, especially in Pu'er City Tea Area, Xishuangbanna Tea Area, Lincang Tea Area and Baoshan Tea Area located in the middle and lower reaches of the Lancang River.
Pu'er tea belongs to dark tea, and according to the production process, Pu'er tea can be divided into two types: Pu'er raw tea and Pu'er cooked tea.
Zhejing Province
West Lake Dragon Well Tea（Xi Hu Longjing, 西湖龙井） is one of the top ten famous teas in China. It belongs to green tea. It is produced in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province and has a history of more than 1,200 years. West Lake Longjing tea, the entrance is refreshing and long, making people calm, as if being in the West Lake, the whole body is cool and comfortable.
West Lake Longjing tea contains more catechins, vitamin C and other substances than other teas, and is rich in nutrients, which can achieve the effect of drinking tea for health. It belongs to the green tea category and has a history of more than 1,000 years. Suzhou's Green Spiral Tea is produced in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is named Dongting Biluochun because it is produced in Dongting Mountain in the east and Dongting Mountain in the west of Taihu Lake.
Suzhou's Green Spiral Tea has a special strong aroma, that is, it has the aroma of flowers and fruits. After soaking, the taste is fresh and mellow, and the aftertaste is sweet and thick.
Anhui Province
Huangshan is one of the famous tea culture cities in China. One of China's top five teas is Huangshan Furry Tip (Huangshan Maofeng, 黄山毛峰), so named for its furry leaves.
Another top ten tea is Keemun Black (Qimen Hongcha, 祁门红茶), a black tea also grown in Huangshan Prefecture. The best chrysanthemum tea is also from Huangshan, and is called Yellow Mountain Tribute Chrysanthemum (Huangshan Gongju, 黄山贡菊).
Hubei Province
Junshan Silver Needle (Junshan Yin Zhen 君山银针) is one of the famous teas in China. Produced in Junshan Mountain in Dongting Lake, Yueyang, Hunan Province, it is as thin as a needle, hence the name Junshan Silver Needle.
Junshan Silver Needle belongs to yellow tea. The properties of yellow tea are close to that of green tea, so it can be brewed with the procedures of green tea tea art.
